Abstract

The paper analyzes specific features of series translation from Ukrainian into English. Both
socio-cultural characteristics of the source text of the series, and the recipients that are the
addressees in the target language are taken into consideration. Practical pieces of advice are
presented to young translators who are the beginners in series translation.
