The article deals with the communicative silence as the silent effect marked by verbal and non-verbal markers
in the belle-lettre discourse. The characters which use the silent components firstly are called homo silence
(human silence). The silence of nature has a personificated and metaphoric character or figurative assimilation.
Such silence is called nature silence. The communicative silence is primary to nature silence, which has secondary
nature.
