Abstract

In this work the basis of lingual cognitology theory (the science that studies lingual concepts, that are created
by language and exist in language) are given. The basic lingual representation of lingual concept is nominatheme
that is a language model of nomination realized in formally interrelated and conceptually equal glosses. The
author suggests the classification of lingual concepts due to their position in interaction of ontological and lingual
worlds, the way of representation of ontological reality referents in lingual world, etc.
