Abstract

The article analyzes the influence of the spatio-temporal focalization on the intimization communicative
strategy realization in the English literary discourse. The present narrative tense is considered the main means of
intimization used to create the illusion of immediate communication through the tactics of simultaneous
intercourse effect and reader`s involvement.
