Abstract

This paper focuses upon the semantic structure of the verbs of motion with gradational seme in particular.
Semantic classification of lexical items is proposed, namely verbs with gradational seme denoting movement in the
English language. Inventory of lexico-semantic group of movement was served and formulae of interpretation
were ascertained.
