Abstract

The problem of professional discourse of the border guards with consideration of communicative
strategies and tactics has been studied. The analysis of particular language means of the first-line
border control has been made; a logical algorithm of border-guards’ questions in the situations
concerning conducting interviews with the potential victims of trafficking has been listed and
suggested.
