The paper dwells on the analysis of the up-to-date linguistic technologies aimed at intellectual processing of
the language and development of highly effective technologies which operate human knowledgeThe applied
problem of the computational linguistic as the related branch of linguistics and computer studies consists in
creating of the software for the intellectual language processing and technologies of creating, structuring and
operating the data store which are able to develop into the knowledge. The main goals of the realization of these
projects are to pool the resources of European countries and to exchange the gathered technological
developments to ensure the competitiveness of the European Union states in today’s globalized world. Information
resources manipulation of the European Union languages with the use of innovative linguistic technology can not
only save money of European companies and institutions, but also continue to nurture and develop internal
resources of national languages of the European Community member states. Modern machine translation systems
are based on algorithmic and statistical methods, where the first are the result of interpreter’s knowledge
formalization and are created as a result of mutual cooperation between linguists and programmers; the basis of
the second - automatic extraction of similar language pairs after processing a large number of bilingual bodies of
text material.
