The article deals with linguocognitive peculiarities of alloethnonyms in the modern English language, dwells
upon their linguocultural background. In the work the alloethnonyms, formed from the ideologically stereotyped
standpoint of emotive estimation of the representatives of English speaking nations in terms of the representatives
of other nations, including national English speaking minorities, are dwelled upon. The modeled conceptual space
of alloethnonyms in the modern English language that is actualized by means of nominative units to denote the
representatives of other nations is structured with the help of conceptual macrofields (CMF): APPEARANCE,
HISTORY, MONEY, LEISURE, FEATURES OF CHARACTER, NATIONALISM, FOOD, RELIGION, which are
detalized by the corresponding conceptual fields (CF). Objectivization of the axiological facet is realized by means
of the very fact chosen, grounded on the stereotyped viewpoint (positive, negative or neutral resonance), as well as
by means of its description by special language units
